Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. Damaged items are not accepted for returns. Product will be inspected, and you can expect your refund to be processed within 2 weeks of arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is undamaged and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Shipping is non-refundable. Refunds shipped to the wrong location will have a slower processing time.
All items must be returned ex: Box, Carry case, Watch, Cable, Charging Brick, Instruction Manuals. Please call us at 503-395-4142 to get RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Customer is responsible return shipping charges.
WAVwatch Accidental Damage Warranty $49.00
This Protection Plan is inclusive of the manufacturer’s one-year (1) warranty that exists during the coverage term that is established from the purchase date. It does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. Replacement parts, if necessary, will be new manufacturers’ parts that perform to the factory specifications of the product. Protection Plan must be purchased at the time WAVwatch is purchased.
What the Warranty Covers
- Screen cracks or damage as a result of accidents and drops.
- Damage as a result of liquid spills or submersion.
- Battery and power source failure, including wiring to the battery and battery shorts.
- Power failure, power shorts, and internal cord replacement.
- Problems if the touch screen becomes unresponsive or is not usable.
- Wrist band failure or problems.
It Does Not Cover
- Protection against theft, loss, reckless, or product abuse.
- Damage during shipping and handling.
- Shipping costs to return the product for service.
WHAT TO DO IF A COVERED PRODUCT REQUIRES SERVICE OR REPLACEMENT:
Call 503-395-4142 and explain the problem. We will attempt to troubleshoot the problem you are experiencing. If we cannot resolve the problem, you will be directed to an authorized service center or your WAVwatch will be replaced one time only.
